The question
Hi,
I was sued in a small claims court by a business owner
who I had a credit card dispute with in the past. Today
I learned that he forged my signature on a contract to
have a judgement passed against me in small claims
court. This happened in North Carolina. Please advise
what I should do?
So far I have reported the incident to the police in
the county that the business owner does business in.
