The question
ok I was passing a mini van doing 50hp in a posted 50hp zone didn't see the work crew at first the saw the flagger slowed down to 35 saw the flagger taking my plate number down ..... now there was no work crew ahead sign no warning signs what so ever turn's out the flagger reported me to the cops said I was doing 70hp in a 50 and I tried hitting him with the car now the cops said I could take the ticket witch is 20 over the speed limit witch would double our go to court on charges of C/n should they have had signs warning driver's should I fight this ?
