The question
This has to do with an arrest initiated by system SisterA and SisterB against sister SisterC. Their mother died 4 week prior to to the arrest. SisterC lived in the family home for 3.5 years and the other sisters did not. After the funeral the SisterA, SisterB and SisterA husband went to the family home, threated to kill sisterC if she didn't leave immediately and then SisterA and Sister B proceeded to take the mothers jewelry.
8. SisterC went to her home to pick up some items and then went to visit neighbors. SisterA and SisterB followed and at one point blocked her parked car in a parking area so she couldn't leave. SisterC went to neighbors house. The police came and arrested her while her sisters were at the end of the driveway of the neighbor’s house and were talking to the police. The sheriff did not say what the crime was, he did say to SisterC while in the police car that this was a ‘false arrest’ by her sisters and she should follow through.

11. I phoned the public defender and they said that they never got to see the case. But they did say that the charge was Breaking/Entering and theft of property.
11a. SisterC went to the police to get the police report and the refused to give it to her because they said 'she is still a suspect'
12. SisterC wants to stop being followed and harassed and purse a ‘False Arrest’ action on the basis that her sisters knowing gave the police false information. Her sisters knew that she was living there and she was not legally asked to leave.
What to do next, can we file a false police report not being allowed to see the original police report.
