The question

Divorced father needs to know what rights I have to my child when mom has full custudy but is being charged with child abuse and neglect Child was visited and spent vacations with me until child was 9, then ex prevented me from seeing her for 4 years. Daughter is now 15 and living with her first ever boyfriend and his parents who got a restraing order against mom, and are going to court for guardianship.Boyfriend is 17 and they have been sexually active for a year and a half. Ive talked and visited my daughter and dont want her there. She wants to live there. (with boyfriend and parents (in love and not thinking of future)Lives only houses down from her abusive mother, and needs family members around her at all times in case mother pops up. Do I have the right to get her out of there now? I called lake county Ca. sherriff to see if I was able to get her and they said they would escort me to get her, but if they have emergancy gardianship could I still get her? I'm going to oppose their guardianship but what steps do I have to take to get my daughter now? What are my rights right now?
