Question

Family Business

The question

I have the business, and right now it is just stable and so is my personal life. But I want to be more than just stable, and I worry that what I don't know about all that I've just inherited all at once won't be lost and cause me to loose it all. I know enough to learn to be better, but am overwhelmed and unsure of how. The business is very good, it's all mine, great capital and clientele, without debt. The home has some debt, but is reducing but preventing profit. Overhead is really low, but much higher than it could be.

I am ready to make it grow, but in my uneducated state cannot make positive desisions where to make the effort. Lately I'm making too many stupid mistakes only hindsight reveals.

I'd pay for useful help, even securing equity to assist. I know I can pay it off, without using equity. I know I can shine, with the right knowledge. No huge issues, just enough to confuse the ignorant.
