A criminal defense attorney can help you clean your registry in the case of an illegal detention. A false arrest means that were held by force by agents who do not have the authority to take custody. Deprivation of liberty is often confused with illegal detention. Illegal Detention can occur not only in relation to police officers and prison, but ordinary citizens do not allow any other person the freedom to get out of a car, house or building. Parents of teenage rebels have even been accused of this crime after the restraining force or have them taken away to be committed to a reform camp.
