The question
My boyfriends ex-wife took his son to a drs. appointment and did not pay the co-pay when she left. The drs. office is now billing him the $25.00 cause she did not pay it. The divorce decree says that she pays the first $250 and she is the primary parent. He called up the Dr.s office and told them that she is resposible and they told him that since its his insurance that he is. Can you tell me if this is true and if its not what can he do.
