The question
We have an administrator to my brother in laws estate in which went to probate since he had no will. Their was 4 heirs during the 7 yrs long process of this. One of the heirs just recently died, before final distributions of the estate. We just found out he never got his final distribution from the administrator. Now what do we have to reimburse the administrator to split it equally or does the administrator have to cover his half?
