The question

I recieved a letter from Ohio BVM stating my drivers lisence were suspened for a DUI from a one vehicle accident I had in Nov 12. Recieved the letter in March, stating they could be re-instated in Feb 2013. however I was never arrested or charged with a DUI as of to date. Can I still be arrested for a DUI after 4 months?

Your question is rather confusing. I have some questions for you:

You're saying you got the DUI in November 2012, received a letter saying your license was suspended in March, 2013 and that letter said you can get your license back in February, 2013? Did you submit to a blood test when you were involved in the accident? Have you received any other notices in the mail since posting in this thread?

It's best that you speak with an attorney in your area about this. He or she would be able to tell you about the specific DUI laws where you live. Though the laws in your state could be different, I think in most places the state has one year from the date of the accident to file DUI charges. I'm not an attorney. If I'm not mistaken, if you've received a notice that your license was suspended, I think your blood work has officially been filed stating you were above the legal limit of 0.08. You should talk to lawyer as soon as you can.
