The question
Hello! my name is Rosario and I meet all the requirements for the deferred action but their is one little problem, when I was coming I got caught by ice and they took pictures and fingerprints but i was 12 years old and now I'm 20. I've being here 8 years with out living the US and I don't have any criminal record. Also I have being in shool and graduated high school in 2010. In addition I have a son who is 2 years and half and he was born here. I would like to know if that disqualifies me or if I should still submit my application.
