The question
hello, heres my question, i did some work for a customer on a car, cash was paid and no recipt was given, the car came back several times for different issues every time it was repaired and no recipts were given, the customer said she was taking me to court because she wants her money back. since she was never given a recipt to prove work was ever done does she even have a case?? all the work was done "under the table" so to speak at a discount rate so there was absolutely no documentation and everything was paid in cash
