The mother of the children should secure legal representation from a family law attorney in your area. Many family law attorneys have extensive experience in defense of abuse and neglect cases.
The question
My niece and nephews got taken from their mother, because her electric got shut off. The CPS has moved the children 3 time in 2 months. The 3 year old has been sick since they took him. They are suppose to call their mother 2 times a week, but they don't. their visits are suppose to be for 3-4 hrs. and they only get to visit for 2. The oldest one got moved by himself he is only 5 minutes from home he is not allowed to call home at all. My sister has done everything they have told her. They keep changing things. Now they say that she has to get a security system installed in her house then she can get her kids back. She is on a fixed income how do they expect her to be able to afford 400.00 for a security system. They say that there is no help that she can get for that either. They say that the kids need stability, they sure are not getting it now. Does anyone know what she can do to get her kids home?
