Countries X, Y and Z concluded an international treaty. The treaty does not clearly ban reservations. Another country W wants to become a party to the treaty however before acceding to the treaty wants to make a reservation. Country X accepts the reservation, country Y accepts W joining the treaty but does not accept the reservation; country Z does not accept that such a reservation to the treaty and maintains that if W wants to enter the treaty it must withdraw the reservation. Is there a treaty between X and W, Y and W, Z and W? If 'yes' how would the reservation affect each of the treaty relationship between W and each of the others X,Y,Z?
