The question
Some of my colleagues and I visited an electronics shop last week. I bought some items and paid with my credit card. It was only after a couple of days that I came to know that he stole an Mp3 player from that shop. I advised him to return it, but he didn’t listen. Yesterday, I got a call saying that I stole something from that shop and they are proceeding with theft charges. I immediately contacted my theft lawyers Kostman & Pyzer Barristers and they suggested me to ask my friend to co-operate. But still he is not deviating from his stance. What should I do in this situation? Should I take legal action against him?
