Question

changing the official record

Asked 25 January 2009 · 1 answer

The question

Can you tell me what you would do if you discovered your federal judge altered the digital recording of your pre-hearing in a civil lawsuit? He removed the threats he made to a party. He responded to a chief judge's inquiry into his behavior by denying he made this threat.

I think you should try to file a complaint against the judge. These websites has some info on complaints against federal judges:

I would also seriously suggest that you consult a lawyer. It will probably be helpful to have someone who is very knowledgeable about the law on your side since this judge seems to be trying to hide his wrongdoing.
