The question
This is not for me but for my brother we lived in arizona for 2 years. My brother met this girl about 2 months pregnant, then they feel in "love"... Then he and she moved back to our home state because we were in college at the time.. they lived to gether for 3 years then one day she gets kicked out based on bad judgement call leaving kid at home when she would rather party... so for about 6 months now she has been non stop leading on my brother and barely been in the kids life 1 hr at most a week if that hardly helps with any bills for the son.. I put food into my nephews mouth more then she does.. So on top off the bad life style she chose living in druggy environments; leaving her son with her ex boyfriend for 6 months and no means to get him to live with her. My question is can my brother get custody based on abandonment??? i do not want to get close to this kid as wealready ar with her being able to take him the day she desides to take him and there is nothing we can do about it
