The question
Ok so my sons birth father is a registered sex offender and since ive split up with him i have heard several things that scare me for my child.I live in illinois and I am wondering if he has any rights to my son at all because he was born out of wedlock and his "sperm donor" has been in prison for almost 2 yrs now, and my boyfriend has been my sons "dad" for a year...Im lost and Im scared for what will happen when the "sperm donor" gets out of prison somebody HELP PLEASE!!!!! I don't want him to end up with visitation rights and end up with my son being molested...
