The question
I loaned my brother $1400. for a truck, and wrote a contract saying that if the payments were 30 days late, or if Full Coverage insurance was not kept on the truck at all times, the truck would go to me. The insurance cancels tomorrow night at midnight. If he doesn't have the insurance by close of business, can I repo the truck and go ahead and sell it? I have loaner's remorse! I can't imagine another 5 months of this...
