The question
Not too long ago, I've just been pulled over and given a ticket for not having any license plates.
I've paid the Reg. but it is incomplete due to a smog check But, I was given a permit to move my vehicle.
Unfortunatly, When I had purchased the car, it had no license plates (which I had paid for at the same time as the registration)
My question is why give out a ticket if it is okay to move the vehicle? (OR) Why give out permits for vehicles with no plates when people can still be cited for not having plates?
AND, How can I beat this useless ticket?
