If you are concerned about the addendum, I would suggest asking a real estate lawyer to look it over and make sure that everything is legit before you sign it. This will help to put your mind at ease. Although if you already knew that the property is a "sold as is" property, there may be nothing to worry about anyway.
The question
My offer was accepted by the sellers and contracts signed. Now bank sends me a contract addendum stating that the property is a "sold as is" property. I knew that already, so why the addendum? I'm feeling uneasy, please respond someone! I have not signed the addendum yet!
ThankYou very much!

If seller accept your offers then you will sign contract addendum without any difficulties because if one time sellers accept contract, they can not do anything changes in contract or broke a contract.
