The question
I divorced my husband and in the settlement it still has us owning a business together and debt in both our names associating to the business. He never refinanced to get my name off the house and now wants to file bankruptcy to get rid of his debt. What does that do to our businss and the debt that is in both our names. Do I need to file bankruptcy now too.
