The question
I am married to an active duty military member and my ex husband is refusing to allow us to take the children out of state when we get re stationed, and now making my life a living hell by constantly having social services investigate me for bogus excuses. I have primary placement on our kids and he sees them one day every weekend. Does anyone know what the chances are of winning a custody battle for this particular situation is?
