While I can understand that this was an unpleasant and upsetting experience, I don't know that it's grounds for a lawsuit. Usually for a claim to be valid there has to be an actual injury. That said, I'm not a lawyer, so if you are determined to try and do something about this, you could try speaking with a lawyer who offers a free consultation and find out if he/she thinks you have a case.
The question
I was at a popular fast food restaurant and needed to use the restroom. When I pushed open the restroom door it bumped into a large man who was urinating. Due to hitting him with the door I got urinated on a great deal. This did happen due to my hitting him with the restroom entrance door but this would never have happened if not for the extremely poor judgment in installing the urinal immediately inside the door. I am not a toilet and am very angry, embarassed, and feel sick about this to the point of no return. What can I do? I have attempted to find the owner of this franchised location only to be given some we-care complaint number that doesn't work. I was told that it would be hard to prove the location of the urinal caused this but really, it is immediately inside the door. If you dont hit the person that is using the urinal you can still get a free peep show. Children don't need to see men urinating; no one does. Much less get peed on.
