The question

i recently had a visit from cps. they had a call stating

that my husband and i smoke marijuana with my teenage

sons(which we have not). my husband and i were occasional

smokers but never around or with my children. cps now

wants us to submit to drug screens but we may fail. can

cps make us take a drug screen without a court order and

can they remove my kids if we do not take the test or

It is best to do the drug screens. If you fail them yes that gives them the right to further pursue the allegations. Do not invite the CPS into your home. Usually the judge would have to order the drug test. Do not give them any information willingly for they will use it against you. Go to the website KIDJACKED you can get to read all of your rights fighting the CPS, and how to go about it. You do not have to let the CPS talk to your son without you present at home. But if he is school they have the right to talk to him. Go to the GNC they sell great stuff that works. If you don't smoke alot on a regular basis you should be good in 2 weeks.
