Please Help Me

Hello,

A friend of mine gave me this web address because she said that

you all may be able to help, or just maybe point me in the right

direction.

The issue is that I had a reserve/busline added to my checking

account without my permission. Us bank claims that the line was

opened up in 2008 but they have no signature or phone

conversation that proves that I requested the reserve/busline.

I talked to different tellers at my home branch and the corporate

branch to make sure that all of the terms and conditions were the

same and that I wasn't wrong for trying to gain proof. I was told

that I was doing the right thing.

I was told that if I did setup the reserve/busline that I would of

had an agreement read back to me once I excepted it. I was trying

to explain this to the customer service manager(Jackie Molina) and

the district operations manager(Mary Suehr) that I wanted to see

proof. Mary sent me statements and deposit checking account

terms and condition guide along with a letter. The letter was from

2008 and said that I was approved for $4000 and if I wanted to

except the reserve/busline I would have to go into a branch or call

to get the busline added to the account. I've done neither of these

things. I understand that it wasn't until recently that I caught the

line on my account so I can agree with Mary for not looking at my

statements a little better. I usually would check my account by

phone.

The last conversation I had with Mary was on 4-11-11 and

that ended with Mary judgeing my character and threating me. She

said that she believed that I used the money in the reserve busline

on purpose because of whatever I'm going thru in my life, and she

also said that if I didn't agree to pay her today (4-11-11) that she

was going to send me to collections. She said that I owed US BANK

1200, I said okay if you can provide me with proof I'm more than

willing to set up a payment plan, Mary tells me no and if I wanted

to do more reasearch that she would charge me. She asked if I

wanted anything else from her I said no.

I kept talkinf to Mary because I was told that who I needed to

contact about this. I just feel bullied because I have no help and

people at US Bank are being making jokes of my situation. I feel

that if I did something wrong I should at least get to see what that

is before I have to pay this money I don't have. Please help I don't

have the money for a laywer but I do feel that I need some help.
