Question

Personal Property

Asked 18 February 2013 · 1 answer

The question

I live in PA. A friend stored personal items in my home about a year ago. I asked them to remove these items out of my home 90 days ago. I have repeatedly and consistenly asked them over the course of these 90 days to remove these items. however, they continue to tell me they are unable to remove their items. How long am i obligated to keep storing them for free? Do i have any recourse to remove these items from my home?

I think you should be able to remove the items from your real estate. It would also be good to write up an official document stating when the 90 days started. If you are still having trouble you should try and get in touch with a lawyer. They should be able to walk you through. I can't believe you stored all that stuff for so long. (removed)
