The question

On 75 limit i was doing about 90~100mph, and the cop wrote 26 over, which is 340$. is it possible to go to court and ask to lower it to 25 over that wll cost me 240$ just 1 mph less

its my 2nd ticket and 340 is way too much for me to pay.
