Question

Gaurdianship

Asked 6 December 2012 · 1 answer

The question

My grandmother has guardianship of my daughter and I want to get her back. She obtained guardianship by forging my name on the papers. I do not know if that makes any difference but anyone who looks at the papers and my signature will tell you I did not sign them. I need to know how I can get my daughter back.

You should petition the courts to end guardianship. Forging a signature on legal documents is considered perjury, i.e. lying under oath, and is illegal.
