I was recently charged with marijuana in VA. It is my only charge other than a fireworks charge I received 4 years ago. Do I still qualify for the first offenders clause?

Looks like you qualify, as any prior conviction (and some
dismissals) to disqualify you would have to be for drug-
related crimes. But, it's not guaranteed, remember. You
might want to bring a lawyer with you.
