If I were you I would at least try to contact one and see what they say. Many offer free consultations.

I would definitely speak with a lawyer, many DUI lawyers offer free consultations like ilovemyfarm states. I phoned a toll free number and spoke with one regarding my DUI here (removed)
I hope that you retained a lawyer. Since the police did
not see the accident, they will have to prove that you
were behind the wheel when the accident occurred. Did
they have a wheel witness? In other words did they have
a witness who saw you driving at the time of the
accident? If not the prosecution probably had a hard
time proving the DUI.
If there is no prove no one can sue you for this. And if you were caught for drinking after you have reached hme or when you were not driving you can neglect that. Hiring a lawyer can help you in this case.
Always get legal help in such cases. You are not legally equipped to handle these sorts of cases, lawyers are trained for this, it is worth whatever you need to pay to get you off. the police know the law better than you, so without representation, they can pull one over on you!
Here to help!
It might be good to get a lawyer, but technically it was still a hit and run. Have you seen the trailer since that time you nicked it? Maybe the damage was worse than you thought it was. I would talk with a lawyer and discuss your choices, because maybe you have more options than you think. (removed)
