Question

Divorce...Alimony?

Asked 22 May 2012 · 1 answer

The question

Me and my husband have been married for 8 years. I recently moved out of the state to go live with my mother. While I have been here I have heard lots of things going on at the house, by a reliable source. Can I use this information to help get some kind of compensation, like alimony?

Alimony is spousal support for divorce or legal separation. You need a court document stating you have one of these before you can ask for alimony.
