The question

Hi My I am a citizen and I married an illegal immigrant approximately a year and a half. we have an 16month old

child in common. He had his immigration interview las

week and admitted to the officer that he was caught

attempting to cross the border in 2003. he remembers

being fingerprinted and taken a mugshot. he was

sentenced to 10 years.I filled out a paper to get his

records from Cd. Juarez "consulado" so I can know the

reason he got 10years. I would like to know if theirs

any way that we can appeal the decision? it does not

matter if he needs to stay in Mexico until we win the

appeal. I just don't want my son and me to be separated

from him 10 years. please can anyone help me on this

matter.
