So, I figured it out- mainly talk to every authority involved. After the main authorities blow you off, the less involved authorities become most useful.
Finally got to be investigated and the whole case was removed and stamped unfounded!
False accusation of child sexual abuse. Divorce, child welfare services, and I'm the was-custodial dad. That says it all. And no one is able to believe me, which is actually good and protects children everywhere.
I followed the path most travelled, waiting too long, listening to the standard advice and sales people, and in general making a lot of mistakes. Now the mistakes are sucking the life out of me.
Along with the path most taken, includes the weather of depression, hopelessness, stress, lonliness, the feeling of not being good enough and all that. Confusion, lack of focus, anger, and all that too.
Now I know some amount of my mistakes, have an idea what is happening and will happen, and that is about it. I know what I want to do, but no clue how. I know how to study, but not how to make my studies usefull to the issue at hand. I know I need to get out and cheer up, but that isn't going to happen untill I can see some progress. I know I need an attorney (I think), but not how to get one.
I've been trying to find better ...something... but all I get is to either wait for something to happen, or to get an attorney. The next thing to happen is that I'm going to loose all that I have- the goal of this allegation. I cannot find the right attorney because I don't understand what I'm looking for. Then, if I don't find one, he can't help be because I don't know what to do. The third answer is that I'm messed up, but not how to help me.
I am not willing to follow blind advice, but ...something... to assist with knowing my options. I can pay, but I am not willing to put money up front, again, to pay for a salespersons nice new car.
I can't read some huge book full of legal runes and then be cured, I really need a true human to help me.
