Question

charges for over taking medication

Asked 4 July 2010 · 1 answer

The question

My fiance's niece has been living with us for the last 3 months because her stepfather molested her. Her mother(who is out of the picture for the most part) gave my fiance temporary legal guardianship of the girl who is 16. A report was made to CPS that my husband was abusing his medication, he was about 30-35 pills short for a 7 day period and they took her away and placed her with her Aunt. I was wondering the likely-hood of my husband getting in legal trouble for over taking his medication. Thank you

That is a lot of pills to be behind for one week. CPS

could choose to report the abuse to the relevant

authorities.
