Anyone know about the MNVP law, in california?

The question

. My husband and I are currently going through a case, that we have already been found guilty on. Howeer, we feel as if our trial unfair. There is alot of corupt legal procedings that take place here, in Redding, CA. Lots of peopled are scared into taking deals, when they are not even guilty.

So we got raided back in April, by DOJ. They found a half gram of meth, and a window lock stick. They have found us guilty on all charges, including the stick as a deadly weapon charge. Well, we went to court and got our paper work. On it was a stamp, MNVP. We asked so many people what that means, and everyone would change the subject. This whole case was really fishy, and things never seamed right. So I finally found the meaning online. I was appalled because the MNVP law is there to gain funding, and to prosecute to the max of what the law allows. It also states that to fall under the MNVP law, you would have to be a dealer, manufacturer, transporter, or producer of some sort. We don't fall under any of those categories. We are only drug addicts. Yet, we are still getting treated as if we were these things. We are also getting prosecuted as such.

I want to take this case all the way to the supreme court, if need be. The MNVP law is unconstitutional, and allows for the law system to find you guilty, before your first court date. I need help to investigate this law. I also need help looking into this case, because we don't fall under this law. They are just trying to push people through, to get more funding. Please help me, please. I don't know what to do, and I don't have much time left. Now, I am not asking for the courts to find us not guilty. There was a half gram there. We just want a real, fair chance at drug treatment, instead of incarceration. We really need treatment. MNVP makes the chances of treatment, almost nothing. I can sen you all the court documents, dockets, etc that you may need from our case. Please let me know. You really must look into this.

Thanks for your time,

SHASTA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT

In trying to look up some information from you, I saw

that you posted this a few other places and got some very

informative, helpful replies. There's nothing more that I

could say to you, so I will also encourage you to seek

treatment on your own and retain the services of a lawyer

in your area for your trial (if it has not happened yet;

I'm still a little unclear on that).
