Once the buyer accepts an offer and both the buyer and seller sign the contract, can the seller accept another offer while it is in attorney review?

If buyer and seller both are agrees for a deal of property at one time and sign contract then seller can't accept another offers. If seller accept another offer then buyer can claim on seller for contract breaking.
I think after signing the contract you can't decide to sell to a different buyer. You can talk to a real estate lawyer, but I think that contract is pretty binding. I would look to see if there are any other options, because if a better deal comes along you might want to jump on that. (removed)
