At Schlanger Law Group, consumer protection is our passion. Our consumer advocacy is focused on assisting victims of identity theft and inaccurate credit reporting. We also regularly litigate consumer class actions on behalf of consumers who have been victims of hidden fees, overcharges and other unfair marketplace tactics.
We pride ourselves on zealous and skilled advocacy in federal court on behalf of consumers, and regularly go head to head with large and sophisticated financial institutions and credit reporting agencies and their counsel in both individual cases and class actions.
Schlanger Law Group is headed by Daniel Schlanger. Dan is a 2004 graduate of Harvard Law School, cum laude, and a former clerk for the Hon. R. Lanier Anderson III, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Dan has been in private practice representing consumers against predatory practices since 2007.
