About Our Organisation
Napthens’ Executive Board is headed by Chief Executive Ian Leigh. The Board is responsible for planning and directing Napthens’ future strategy and includes partners John Whittinglsow and Simon Ainsworth representing the firm’s Commercial and Private Client divisions. The Board and the partnership are supported by HR, Marketing, IT and Finance specialists who manage day to day operational activity.
