As members of the Law Society’s ‘Lawyers for Your Business’ panel, we offer a wide range of commercial services. Whether you’re setting up, selling or anything in between, our commercial solicitors will give you all the advice you need.
And for individuals, we can help you with any aspect of dispute resolution or employment law. We usually give initial advice by telephone before deciding whether an appointment may be necessary.
The firm was founded in 1991 by long term friends Ian Mason and Michael Bullock. Andrew Crisp joined the practice in 2002 as an assistant solicitor. In February 2006 he became a partner with Ian. Our head office is in Northampton Town Centre, not far from the Derngate Theatre.
In 2014, we opened our second office in Coventry.
