Shawn Quinn is a New York and French practicing attorney (“avocat”) (Barreau des Hauts-de-Seine). He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Maine School of Law and his Masters of Law (Master 2) in French and European Law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise (France).
