The emergence of HK Legal took place in the year 2000 at Bangalore when the century year old reputed legal firms PNR Associates & HK Associates diversified into multitude of operations with focus on Corporate Law which includes Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Rights related services to for the public at large. We have witnessed tremendous growth at various levels and currently have offices in New Delhi, Bangalore and Cochin and are planning to expand our operations.

We have witnessed tremendous growth at various levels and currently have offices in New Delhi, Bangalore and Cochin and are planning to expand our operations.

Our Objectives

To act in India or any where in the world as Advisors, Legal. Financial, Managerial, Technical and Industrial Consultants and to provide and render advice on all matters relating to these areas to Software and other Information Technology Companies as well as to all other trading and manufacturing companies.
To act as advisers and consultants on all matters and problems relating to Information Technology Laws to Software and other Information Technology Companies.
To undertake research in Intellectual Property Rights Issues and establish, maintain and manage center or centres of research, promote the knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws in India as well as Intellectual property systems of other companies.
To undertake research and education in the various fields of Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law.
To act as advisers and consultants to the Information Technology companies on various issues relating to the Intellectual Property Rights.
Disseminate Knowledge on all matters connected with and provide training in the field of Information Technology Laws and Intelluctual Property Research and Management and organize and sponsor seminars and workshops to promote the knowledge in these areas.
