Hanna-IP is an Intellectual Property (IP) Consultancy based in Belfast and Dublin, providing specialist advice in relation to patents, trade marks, designs and copyright. We are qualified to represent you in patent and trade mark matters before the UK Patent Office, the Irish Patents Office and the European Patent Office. We are also qualified to represent you in trade mark and design matters before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market or OHIM in short. OHIM is a centralized European Community Office charged with granting pan European community trade marks and registered designs.
Our aim is to meet with local clients in person to discuss IP aspects of your business or project and to present you with a cost effective protection strategy based on and driven by your business aspirations. Whether you are a private “start-up” inventor or an established business we can provide you with a free IP Clinic to assess areas of your business or project which could potentially benefit from some form of IP protection.
