M/s H. Desai & Co is the pioneer and oldest Law/Solicitors firm established in the state of Gujarat. The firm was established by Late Mr. Harshad B. Desai, Advocate Solicitor and Notary on 1st January, 1968 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat as Sole Proprietorship concern. He was previously holding position as Partner in the prestigious Mumbai based law firm M/s Bhaishankar Kanga & Girdharlal.

Eventually the firm was then converted into a Partnership Concern. Mr. Harshad B. Desai passed away in the year 2003.

The present Senior Partner Mr. Bhadresh J. Mehta joined him as Partner in the year 1977. The present Partner Mr. Hitesh H. Desai joined as Partner in the year 1989. The present Partner Mr. Sharad A. Joshi was already associated with the firm as legal assistant since last many years and has joined the firm as Partner in the year 2008.
