Gilbert Employment Law, P.C., is the worker’s voice in litigation involving employee rights violations and discrimination cases. We are focused on protecting the rights of employees and promoting workplace fairness. We have represented employees across the nation, as well as those stationed abroad.

In some instances, representation services have included, but have not been limited to: requests for reasonable accommodation, whistleblower claims, disability retirement applications, Office of Worker’s Compensation Program (OWCP) applications, security clearance issues, and negotiating resolutions of employment related litigation.

When facing inequality or an adverse action in your job, it may feel overwhelming to stand up to your employer. It often seems as if the employer holds all the cards and the employee has no power at all. We are on your side.

From the moment you talk to us on the phone or meet with an attorney in person, we want you to know that you have come to the right place. We are a law firm that focuses on meeting your needs and understanding your goals.

We believe that every client deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. That begins by listening to your needs and concerns. Working as a team, we take no shortcuts in pursuing the most effective strategy for obtaining the best possible resolution to your case.

Our attorneys are highly skilled in representing federal employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Office of Special Counsel (OSC), the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and other federal administrative agencies. Gilbert Employment Law, P.C., has also represented employees in county and state courts, as well as U.S. District and Appeals Courts

Our lawyers belong to advocacy organizations such as the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association, and the Society of Federal Labor and Employee Relations Professionals, have authored numerous books and publications related to employment law issues, and served as presenters at trainings on related topics.
