CLC was founded by Ms. Sunayana Basu M. Kulkarni and Mr. A.P. Suresh, an alumni of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Ms. Sunayana and Mr. Suresh are having six years’ experience in litigation and advisory services. Ms.Founded in 2012, Common Law Chambers (“CLC”) functions from 2 offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad. CLC has associate offices in Delhi and Mumbai and can provide seamless legal representation across multiple jurisdictions. The team comprises of dynamic, enterprising and innovative Advocates, with outstanding professional record.

At Common Law Chambers (“CLC”), we endeavour to achieve justice amidst public pessimism in respect of the cumbersome and tardy processes of the Indian legal system. PHILOSOPHY AND VALUES
The phrase “Common Law” implies a collection of societal customs and precedents created by the courts in England, which were followed across a host of commonwealth countries in the absence of statutes. Inspired by the depth and versatility of common law and ‘common law’ lawyers, we imbibed the name and embarked on the journey. Presently, we provide legal representation in South India but intend to provide seamless service across all common law jurisdictions.
