Joshua R. Alhalel concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation. He also represents bankruptcy trustees and court appointed receivers in litigation matters arising from insolvency and receivership proceedings. Mr. Alhalel has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions, trials, appeals.
Before establishing his own law firm, Mr. Alhalel was an attorney at Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., where he concentrated on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation. He began his legal career at the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig where he focused on complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Alhalel is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle District of Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
