Career History:

participated as a Program Instructor in a para-legal training program (particularly woman & legal system) conducted by the Social Worker Group (conducted by OXFAM, Nepal) held in Dura Danda VDC of Lamgung District from 13 to 19 May, 1992.

As a Program instructor my main responsibilities are to supervise the program, co-ordinator &consult to the Local NGOS, clubs, Local Authorities and progress reporting.
Participated in workshops cum training programme as a program instructor jointly conducted by Social Workers Group (SWOG) BASE & Oxfam Nepal on the issue of Bounded Labor & Legal Provisions in Nepal held in Tulsipur, Dang District from 11 to 14 March 1993.

Worked as a Program Supervisor jointly organized by Nepal Bar Association (NBA) & Nepal Bar Association, Bardiya in the issue of Bounded Labor held in the Guluriya &Tara Tal VDCs of Bardiya District from 20 to 28 October 1995.
Worked as a program C0-ordinator for Legal Literacy Program conducted by Nepal Bar Association, lalitpur unit in the various VDCs and Schools of the Lalitpur District from 25 Nov 1996 to 25 Oct. 1997 .

As a co-ordinator my main responsibilities were to organize and supervise the program, selected the instructors on basic Law, co-ordinating and consult to the local NGOs, clubs & Local Authorities and Progress reporting.
Worked as a Program Instructor in para-legal training program (particularly on women & girls trafficking issues) conducted by Institute for Legal Research and Resources (LLRR) in the rural areas of Makawanpur District (Hedi Khola, padam pokhari, Churiya Mai, Hadia & Manahari VDCs) from feb 28 to March 29, 1998 .

As a program instructor my main responsibilities were to supervise the program, co-ordinating & consult to the local NGOs Clubs, Local Authorities and progress reporting .
Worked as a assistant of local legal consultant in EC/ HMG/MAlA/ 94117 SVSL DC Project which was running under the Ministry of Agriculture. Draft three bills (veterinary Council, Slaughter house & Meat Inspection and Quarantine)for the institutionalization of Veterinary service of the Nepal .

Worked as a Research Assistant (Law ) in ” Law, Justice and Human Rights” research project founded by DFID’s (UK) which was running under the pro- public Kathmandu from March 1999 to 20 April 1999.

Legal Practitioner (Advocate),Since 1993, Responsibilities includes: advising clients in various aspects of law, drafting different legal documents to submit to various courts and tribunals drafting different contracts agreements, bye-laws and memorandums articles and prospectus of companies providing legal opinion in the various issues of law and drafting legislative documents such as bills rules, regulations, bye-laws etc.
